General terms
Please have all your references and requests ready before you contact me for commission work. I will not begin before discussing details with you and the payment.
Most of my commission would be me drawing your character in my style. I will not be able to honor really complex requests.
If you need to keep the commission confidential, there is a fee of 50 USD keep the commission confidential.
There are alot of things I am not comfortable drawing yet. If I am not confident I can give my 100% then I am not comfortable taking your money.
Please respect my decision and not try to make this weird in order to force me to make special exceptions.

Rights and Usage
I (the artist) have full rights over my artwork.
You MUST credit me when using my work.
I retain all rights to use the work as my portfolio pieces.
I will live stream contents of your commission on my Twitch unless the secrecy addon is selected
Any commercial use involving distribute-able printed merchandise like (charms, prints, etc.) will require additional fee (+100% of the project price).
Do not sell my drawing as NFT
I do not consent to have my art used for AI training
Payment terms
All commissions must be paid in full and upfront through VGen's payment options.
Revision
I will only offer 1 minor revision with minor changes (ie, removing horns). Anything involving many complex changes will be regarded as a new project as I paint everything in 1 layer.
Refunds
I will issue a full refund If I have not started your commission or have canceled it. Please note that I will refund the amount I received after the processing fees took place. (i.e., If the commission is USD$100 and I received USD$95, then you will be refunded USD$95)
If applicable, commissions in payment plans cannot get a refund of the first half of the payment as it is non-refundable.
Once completed, all sales are FINAL.

Due to the nature of my art style, my WIP phase may be short, but I will keep you updated via Vgen DM.
